 This web site was constructed to be a teaching, tutorial, and
reference site for students who take my classes at UCLA Extension, Dept.
of Business and Management. This site contains current and archival information
regarding the different courses taught as well as a showcase for specific
internet and web based technologies discussed in our classes. The
MAIN MENU allows you to access these subjects by clicking
on their links. In recent years, many of our discussions and course work
has been devoted to learning about impact of internet commerce on American
and international business. We also explore the applications of these
technologies to distance learning, corporate training, and the creation of
virtual companies. This site exhibits the applications of various internet
technologies such as JavaScript, Java Applets, Animated gifs, ASAP Webshow,
Streaming Audio, Streaming Video, forms of payment via the internet, encryption,
